From the central area of Porto-Novo, head towards Avenue Jean-Paul II. Walk towards the east until you reach the roundabout at Place de l'Indépendance. Continue straight along Avenue de la Libération until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Martyrs. Turn left onto Avenue des Martyrs and keep walking until you reach the area known as Toffa, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the roundabout.

At the roundabout at Place de l'Indépendance, continue straight on Avenue de la Libération. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Avenue des Martyrs, and you will reach Toffa shortly after.
