Car
If you are driving from Jakar, head southeast on the main road. Follow the signs towards the Jakar Dzong. After about 5 minutes, you will see a sign for Padtselling Monastery. Turn right onto a smaller road and follow it for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the monastery. Parking is available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
From Jakar, take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards the Jakar Dzong. Inform the driver that you would like to stop at Padtselling Monastery. The fare is usually around 50-100 Ngultrum, depending on the vehicle. Once you reach the vicinity, you may need to walk a short distance (about 10 minutes) to the monastery itself. Look for signs directing you to the entrance.
Walking
If you are already in Jakar and prefer walking, start from the Jakar Dzong and head south. Follow the road signs for Padtselling Monastery. The walk is about 2.5 kilometers and will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the valley along the way!
