Car
If you are driving from Lhuntse, head southwest on the main road (Lhuntse-Tongsa Highway). Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Bumthang - Ura Highway. Turn left onto the Bumthang - Ura Highway and drive for about 50 kilometers. Taa-Dzong will be on your right, marked by a sign. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Taa-Dzong via public transport from Lhuntse, take a local bus heading towards Trongsa from Lhuntse Bus Station. The journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Trongsa, you can either hire a taxi or take another local bus heading towards Bumthang. Inform the driver to drop you off at Taa-Dzong, which is located along the Bumthang - Ura Highway. The taxi fare from Trongsa to Taa-Dzong is approximately 500-700 BTN.
