    From the center of Mongar, head towards the main road (Jakar-Mongar Highway). Walk in the direction of Jakar, which is approximately 12 kilometers away. Continue walking along this road for another 20-30 minutes until you reach the entrance of Jakar town. Once you enter Jakar, ask locals for directions to Tamshing Lhakhang, which is well-known and they can guide you to the temple.
