Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Phuentsholing, begin your journey at the main market area, which is often bustling with activity. From the market, head south towards the main road (Phuentsholing-Thimphu Highway). Continue walking straight down this road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the junction where the road forks. At this junction, keep to the left and continue on the road that curves slightly left. You will notice several small shops and vendors along the way. After approximately 5 more minutes of walking, look for a sign that indicates 'Tharpai Lam.' Turn right onto Tharpai Lam, and continue walking straight until you see Park Hotel Bhutan on your left-hand side. The hotel has a distinct entrance and is easily identifiable.

• Public Transport (Taxi)

  In Phuentsholing, you can find taxis readily available near the main market area. Approach a taxi driver and inform them that you want to go to Park Hotel Bhutan, located at 'Tharpai Lam.' The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the hotel.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near the main market. Once you have your bicycle, head south towards Phuentsholing-Thimphu Highway. Cycle along this main road for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the junction where the road forks. Keep to the left at the fork and continue cycling, looking out for 'Tharpai Lam.' Turn right onto Tharpai Lam and keep cycling straight until you spot Park Hotel Bhutan on your left. The ride gives you a chance to enjoy the local scenery.
