If you're driving, head towards the town of Samdrup Jongkhar. From the center of Samdrup Jongkhar, take the road heading east towards Trashigang. Continue on this road for approximately 12 kilometers. You will see signposts indicating Gomdar along the route. Turn onto the road towards Gomdar when you see the signs. Continue straight for another 5 kilometers until you reach Gomdar, which will be on your right. Ensure you have a map or GPS enabled as some areas may not have clear signage.

Public Transportation

To reach Gomdar using public transport, first make your way to the main bus station in Samdrup Jongkhar. Look for local shared taxis or buses that head towards Gomdar. The fare should be around 50-100 Nu depending on the vehicle and availability. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Ensure to confirm with the driver that they are heading to Gomdar before boarding.
