Car

If you are traveling by car from Samdrup Jongkhar town, head southeast on the main highway (NH8) towards the Bhutan-India border. Continue for about 6 km until you reach the junction leading towards Threlphu. Turn left onto the road marked towards Threlphu (4PRR+W9Q) and follow this road for approximately 8 km. The road may be narrow and winding, so drive carefully. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Threlphu.

Public Transportation

To reach Threlphu using public transportation, start from the main bus station in Samdrup Jongkhar. Look for a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Threlphu or the nearby villages. Buses typically leave every hour, and the fare is around Nu. 50-100. Inform the driver or conductor that you are going to Threlphu. The journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Threlphu, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the main attraction.
