If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Samdrup Jongkhar. Head northeast on the main road towards the Bhutan-India border, following the signs for the check post. Continue along the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see a sign for Dudjom Choekhang on your left. Turn left onto RF6X+5J2. The temple is located a short distance down this road. There is usually parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus from the Samdrup Jongkhar bus station heading towards the Bhutan-India border area. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Dudjom Choekhang stop. The journey should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you disembark, walk back a short distance along the road, and you will find Dudjom Choekhang on your left. Ensure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
Walking
If you are close to the city center and prefer walking, head northeast on the main street towards the check post. The distance is roughly 1.5 kilometers and should take you about 20-25 minutes on foot. As you walk, keep an eye out for a sign indicating Dudjom Choekhang on your left. The walk is relatively safe and offers views of the surrounding area.
