Getting there

Car

If you are traveling by car, start from Sarpang town and head southeast on the main road towards Gelephu. Continue for about 15 kilometers until you see a signpost for Bubja. Turn left onto the side road and drive for another 5 kilometers. The road may be bumpy, so drive cautiously. Look for a small parking area where you can safely leave your vehicle. From there, you will need to walk a short distance to reach the waterfall.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a local bus or shared taxi from Sarpang town heading towards Gelephu. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Bubja. The fare is typically around 50 to 100 Nu. Once you reach the stop near Bubja, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along a dirt path to reach the waterfall. Make sure to ask locals for directions if you feel uncertain along the way.

Walking

After parking your vehicle or getting dropped off by your transportation, you will need to walk to Bubja Waterfall. The path is somewhat rugged, so wear appropriate footwear. The walk from the parking area is around 1 kilometer and offers beautiful scenery along the way. Keep an eye out for signposts or trail markers to guide you.
