From Trashigang town center, head east on the main road. Follow the signs towards Jakar Dzong. The walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. You will pass through residential areas and some shops along the way. Once you reach the entrance of Jakar Dzong, follow the path up to the main entrance gate.
