Getting There

Start your journey from the center of Wangdue Phodrang. Head west on the main road (Phuentsholing to Wangdue Phodrang road). Walk for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Gangthangkha area. Look for signs pointing toward Rada Lhakhang. Continue on the trail that leads uphill; it will be a bit steep but well-marked. After about 15 minutes of walking uphill, you will arrive at Rada Lhakhang, which is situated in a picturesque setting surrounded by nature.

Rent a bicycle in Wangdue Phodrang. Begin your ride on the main road heading west. After cycling for about 20 minutes, you will reach the turnoff to Gangthangkha. Take the left turn and continue cycling uphill for approximately 15 minutes. The trail is rocky, so be cautious. You will see Rada Lhakhang ahead as you approach the top of the hill.
