If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the Zhemgang District town center. Head east on the main road towards Gonphu. After approximately 10 km, you will reach a fork; take the left road which leads directly to Gonphu. Continue for about 5 km until you arrive at the area marked 5R35+GPV. Look for local signs indicating the direction to Buli Tsho, which is situated just a short distance from the road. Parking may be available near the site.

To reach Buli Tsho using public transportation, first take a bus from Zhemgang town to Gonphu. The bus station in Zhemgang is located near the main market. Buses run several times a day, but it is advisable to check the schedule in advance. The journey to Gonphu takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Gonphu, you may need to hire a local taxi or seek a shared taxi to cover the last few kilometers to Buli Tsho. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which can typically range from 100 to 300 Nu depending on the distance.

If you are already in the vicinity of Gonphu and prefer to walk, you can hike to Buli Tsho. From the center of Gonphu, head towards the road indicated as 5R35+GPV. The trail is well-marked, and the hike should take around 1 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the terrain can be uneven and steep in places.
