If you are driving to Biocentro Guembe Mariposario, start by heading towards Santa Cruz de la Sierra. From the city center, take Avenida San Martin northbound, and then merge onto Avenida Banzer. Follow signs for 'Camino a Porongo.' After approximately 5 kilometers, you'll see signs for Biocentro Guembe. The entrance is located at 6QJ2+7G Camino a Porongo, Km. 5. Parking is available on-site.

For those using public transportation, take a taxi or a ride-sharing service from your location in Amboró National Park to the nearest bus terminal in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. From the terminal, board a bus that heads towards Porongo. Inform the driver of your destination, Biocentro Guembe Mariposario, and they will drop you off near the entrance. Expect the bus fare to be around 5-10 BOB (Bolivianos). You may need to walk about 500 meters from the bus stop to the entrance.
