If you are driving, start from the center of La Paz. Head southeast on Avenida Mariscal Santa Cruz towards Avenida 6 de Agosto. Continue on Avenida 6 de Agosto for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ballivián. Turn right onto Avenida Ballivián and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see Iglesia San Miguel Arcángel on your left. There is limited parking nearby, so be prepared to park a short walk away.

To reach Iglesia San Miguel Arcángel using public transportation from the center of La Paz, you can take a minibus (commonly called a 'micro'). Look for buses heading towards 'Macrodistrito Sur' or those that stop at 'Avenida Ballivián'. Board the minibus at any convenient stop around Plaza Murillo. The fare is relatively low, and you will want to stay on until you reach Avenida Ballivián. Once you get off, walk a short distance along Avenida Ballivián towards the church, which will be visible on your left.
