Car
If you are driving from the central area of Chiquitania, take Route 9 (Carretera Santa Cruz - Trinidad) heading south. Continue for approximately 300 kilometers. Once you reach Santa Cruz de la Sierra, follow the signs for Doble Vía La Guardia. After entering the Doble Vía La Guardia road, drive for about 12 kilometers. Yvaga Guazú Ecological Park will be on your right. There is usually no toll on this route, but be prepared for fuel costs depending on your vehicle's mileage.

Start at the main bus terminal in Chiquitania. Look for buses going to Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The journey takes around 5-6 hours. Upon arrival at the Santa Cruz bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a local bus to Doble Vía La Guardia. The taxi ride will cost about 50-70 BOB (Bolivianos), and local buses may cost around 10-15 BOB. Request the driver to drop you off near Yvaga Guazú Ecological Park, which is located at Km 12 on this road.
