If you're driving from the center of Cochabamba, head south on Avenida San Martín. Continue straight for about 2.5 km until you reach the intersection with Avenida 6 de Agosto. Turn left onto Avenida 6 de Agosto and follow this road for approximately 4 km. Keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Tupuraya.
