Car

If you have a rental car, start from the center of Pantanal and head north on Route 3. Continue for about 150 km until you reach the town of San Ignacio de Velasco. From there, take the road towards La Paz, which will lead you to Calle Illampu in the Sagarnaga area of La Paz. The journey will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic and road conditions. Once you arrive in La Paz, navigate to Calle Illampu #863, which is located at the corner of Sagarnaga. Look for a blue building that houses NAYRA TOURS.

Bus

If you prefer public transportation, take a local bus from Pantanal to Santa Cruz, which costs around 40 BOB. The buses depart regularly throughout the day. Once you arrive in Santa Cruz, you will need to catch another bus to La Paz, which typically costs about 70-80 BOB. The bus ride will take approximately 12 hours, so plan accordingly. Upon arrival in La Paz, take a taxi or local transport to Calle Illampu #863. Taxis from the bus terminal to NAYRA TOURS usually cost around 20 BOB.

Shared Taxi

For a faster option, consider taking a shared taxi (also known as a 'trufi') from Pantanal to La Paz. The cost is approximately 100 BOB per person, and the journey takes around 8 hours. Upon reaching La Paz, you can take a local taxi to Calle Illampu #863, which should be about 20 BOB. This is a more comfortable option compared to the bus.
