From the main square (Plaza 10 de Noviembre) in Potosi, head east on Calle Ayacucho. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Villazón. Turn left onto Avenida Villazón and follow it until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal de Buses). At the bus terminal, look for a bus that heads towards Santa Cruz. Purchase your ticket and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 6-8 hours, so be prepared with snacks and water. Once you arrive in Santa Cruz, disembark at the main bus terminal (Terminal Bimodal). From there, take a taxi or a local bus to Av. Irala # 565, where the Noel Kempff Mercado Natural History Museum is located. The museum is near Av. Ejercito Nacional, and you can ask the driver to drop you off at the museum.
