Car
If you are traveling by car within Salar de Uyuni, head southeast on Avenida Ferroviaria towards the center of town. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Potosí. Turn left onto Calle Potosí and drive for about 500 meters. Reloj Central will be on your right-hand side at the coordinates G5PG+V9Q, 5, Uyuni.
Public Transportation
To reach Reloj Central by public transportation, you can take a local taxi or shared taxi from your hotel or accommodation in Salar de Uyuni. Ask the driver to take you to 'Reloj Central' or give them the address G5PG+V9Q, 5, Uyuni. The fare for a taxi should be around 10-20 BOB (Bolivian Bolivianos), depending on your starting point. The taxi will drop you off right in front of Reloj Central.
Walking
If you are close to the town center, you can easily walk to Reloj Central. From the Plaza Arce (the main square), head southeast on Avenida Ferroviaria. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you reach Calle Potosí. Turn left, and Reloj Central will be on your right side just after a few minutes of walking.
