If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Uyuni town. Head southwest on Avenida Ferroviaria towards Avenida 6 de Octubre. Continue straight for about 3.5 km until you reach the junction to Estancia Cala Horno. Turn left and follow the road for approximately 10 km. You'll arrive at the Uyuni Observatory located at R2GW+RW, Estancia Cala Horno. Be sure to have a GPS or a map app handy for accurate navigation.

To reach Uyuni Observatory using public transportation, start at the main bus terminal in Uyuni. Look for a shared taxi or minibus heading towards Estancia Cala Horno. The fare is usually around 20-30 BOB. Inform the driver of your destination, as they might drop you off at a junction near the observatory. From there, you may need to walk approximately 2 km to reach the observatory itself. Make sure to confirm the drop-off location with the driver before you board.
