If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Uyuni town. Head southwest on Avenida Ferroviaria towards Avenida 6 de Octubre. Continue straight for about 3.5 km until you reach the junction to Estancia Cala Horno. Turn left and follow the road for approximately 10 km. You'll arrive at the Uyuni Observatory located at R2GW+RW, Estancia Cala Horno. Be sure to have a GPS or a map app handy for accurate navigation.
