From the city center, head to the main bus terminal or any nearby bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards 'Porongo' or 'El Trompillo'. The fare is usually between 2-3 Bolivianos. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Km. 5 Zona, Cam. a Porongo'. After about 30-45 minutes, you will arrive at the designated stop. From there, walk a short distance towards the entrance of Biocentro Guembe Mariposario, which is marked with signs.

Locate a micro or shared taxi at a nearby taxi stop or a main road. Look for ones that have signs indicating 'Porongo'. The fare is usually around 5-7 Bolivianos. The micro will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Request to be dropped off at 'Km. 5 Zona, Cam. a Porongo'. After getting off, walk towards the entrance of Biocentro Guembe Mariposario, following the signs.

If you are already near the area, you can walk to Biocentro Guembe Mariposario. Start from the nearest landmark, such as the Plaza 24 de Septiembre, and head southeast on Av. Monseñor Rivero. Continue straight until you reach Av. Cristo Redentor, then turn left. Walk for about 30 minutes, keeping an eye out for signs leading to 'Km. 5 Zona, Cam. a Porongo'. The entrance will be on your right-hand side.
