Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the main plaza of Sucre, Plaza 25 de Mayo, start by heading west on Calle Aniceto Arce. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Hernando Siles. Turn left onto Avenida Hernando Siles and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nicolas Ortiz. Turn right onto Nicolas Ortiz, and Plaza Cochabamba will be a short walk ahead on your left.

    From Mercado Central, exit the market and head southeast on Calle Grau. Continue until you reach Plaza 25 de Mayo. From there, follow the previous instructions: walk west on Calle Aniceto Arce, left on Avenida Hernando Siles, and right on Nicolas Ortiz to reach Plaza Cochabamba.

    If you are near the Universidad Mayor de Sucre, exit the university and head east on Avenida de las Américas towards Avenida Hernando Siles. Turn left onto Avenida Hernando Siles and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Nicolas Ortiz. Turn right, and Plaza Cochabamba will be on your left.
