If you are starting from Plaza 25 de Mayo, walk towards the north side of the plaza. Exit the plaza and head along Calle Aniceto Arce. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Church of Saint Francis on your left side. The church is located at Aniceto Arce, and it is a prominent building, so you won't miss it.

From the central market (Mercado Central), exit the market and head south on Calle Ladislao Cabrera. Continue straight until you reach Plaza 25 de Mayo, then turn right onto Calle Aniceto Arce. Walk along this street for about 5 minutes, and the Church of Saint Francis will be on your left.

Starting from the Sucre Cathedral, head southeast on Calle General Bernardino Bilbao. Continue straight until you reach Plaza 25 de Mayo. From there, follow the previous directions: turn right onto Calle Aniceto Arce and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Church of Saint Francis on your left.
