If you're in the city center near Plaza 25 de Mayo, head southeast on Calle Aniceto Arce toward Calle Soria. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de las Américas. Cross the street and continue walking straight on Avenida de las Américas. After about 5 more minutes, you will see the entrance to Simon Bolivar Park on your right, located at XP5P+67R, Pastor Sainz.

From the Sucre Cathedral, exit and head north on Calle Mayor. Take a left onto Calle Aniceto Arce and walk for about 15 minutes. You'll reach the intersection with Avenida de las Américas. Cross over to the other side and continue straight. After approximately 5 minutes, you will find Simon Bolivar Park on your right, located at XP5P+67R, Pastor Sainz.
Walking
If you're nearer to the Mercado Central, exit the market and head west on Avenida del Ejército. Continue straight for about 12 minutes until you arrive at the intersection with Avenida de las Américas. Turn right and walk along Avenida de las Américas for about 8 minutes. Simon Bolivar Park will be on your right, located at XP5P+67R, Pastor Sainz.
