If you are driving from Banja Luka, start on the M16 road heading towards Prijedor. After about 30 km, take the exit towards Kozara National Park. Follow the signs for Gola Planina. After entering the park, continue on the main road until you reach a fork; take the left path. Drive for about 10-15 minutes until you see the entrance to Gola Planina. There is no entrance fee for the park. Once you arrive, look for parking areas near the hiking trails.

To reach Gola Planina via public transport, start from Banja Luka's main bus station. Take a bus heading to Kozara National Park; the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Check the local schedule for specific bus times, as they may vary throughout the week. Once you arrive at the Kozara bus stop, you will need to hike approximately 3 km to reach Kucica na drvetu. Follow the signs for Gola Planina, and be prepared for some uphill walking. There is no cost for entry into Gola Planina.

If you prefer to hike, you can start your journey from the nearest bus stop in Kozara. The hike to Kucica na drvetu is about 3 km.
