If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Zenica, which is a central hub in Central Bosnia Canton. Head southeast on the M17 road towards the town of Žepče. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit for the M5 road towards Doboj. Continue on the M5 for about 20 kilometers until you reach the exit for Veliko Čajno. Follow the signs to Veliko Čajno, and once in the village, navigate to Čajangradski most, where Goruša is located. Note: Make sure your car's GPS is updated as some local roads may not be well marked.

To reach Goruša via public transportation, first, take a bus from Zenica to the town of Žepče. Buses run regularly and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Žepče, you will need to catch a local bus or a taxi to Veliko Čajno. Local buses may not run frequently, so checking the schedule in advance is advisable. The taxi fare from Žepče to Veliko Čajno is approximately 10-15 BAM (Bosnian Convertible Marks). Once you arrive in Veliko Čajno, walk towards Čajangradski most where Goruša is situated.
