From Mostar, head southwest on M17 towards the town of Čitluk. Follow the signs for Međugorje. After approximately 30 minutes, you'll reach the center of Međugorje. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Apparition Hill. Once in Međugorje, turn onto the road leading to Bijakovići. Continue straight until you see the signs for Apparition Hill, where you'll find parking available nearby.

To reach Apparition Hill by public transport, start at the Mostar Bus Station. Take a bus heading to Međugorje; these buses run frequently throughout the day. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Međugorje bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi to Apparition Hill. If walking, head towards the center of Međugorje, then follow the signs to Bijakovići where Apparition Hill is located. The walk is approximately 20-30 minutes.
