If you are starting from the Old Bridge (Stari Most), head northeast along the main pedestrian street, Mostarska, for about 500 meters. You will pass by several shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Braće Fejića Street, turn left. Continue walking for approximately 300 meters, and you will see the Karađoz Beg Mosque on your right. The mosque is located at 8RR7+GHJ, Braće Fejića.

From the Mostar Bus Station, exit the station and head towards the roundabout. From the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kralja Tomislava Street. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Mostarska Street. Turn right onto Mostarska and continue walking for about 600 meters. At the Braće Fejića Street intersection, turn left, and you will find the Karađoz Beg Mosque on your right side after approximately 300 meters.
