Walking
Start from the center of Trebinje at the main square, Trg Slobode. Head east on the main street, Stradun, towards the river. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Trebišnjica River. Cross the bridge over the river. Once you cross, turn left and follow the riverbank for another 300 meters. You will see signs pointing towards Kampana Tower, which is located on a hill overlooking the river. Follow the path that leads uphill to the tower, which should be visible as you approach.

If you are near the Hercegovina Museum, start by heading south on Vuka Karadžića street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Stradun. Turn right onto Stradun and continue until you reach the bridge over the Trebišnjica River. Cross the bridge, then turn left and follow the riverbank for about 300 meters. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to Kampana Tower and follow the path that ascends to the tower.

From the Trebinje City Park, exit the park heading northeast towards the main road. Turn right onto the main road (also known as Stradun) and walk for about 400 meters until you reach the Trebišnjica River. Cross the bridge and then turn left. Walk along the riverbank for approximately 300 meters. Look for the signs to Kampana Tower, and follow the path that leads you uphill to the tower.
