If you are in the Old Town of Kotor, start from the main square, Trg od Oružja. Head towards the northern exit of the square and walk towards the Kotor City Museum. Continue straight past the museum and take a right onto the waterfront promenade (Šetalište). Follow the promenade along the bay. After about 1.5 km, you will see the Park Slobode area on your left. The Seagull Speed Boat Tours office is located near the waterfront in Park Slobode.

From the Old Town, walk to the main bus station located just outside the city walls. Catch a local bus heading towards Dobrota. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Dobrota' or 'Park Slobode.' Once you exit the bus, head towards the waterfront; The Seagull Speed Boat Tours is located in Park Slobode, a short walk from the bus stop.
