From Upington Airport, the Kgalagadi Lifestyle Lodge is approximately a 2.5-hour drive (252 km). Head north on the N14, then turn onto the R360 towards Askham. The lodge is located on the R360, about 30 km south of Askham. Ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel, as services are limited in remote areas. Consider hiring a 4x4 vehicle from Oryx 4x4 at the lodge to best experience the park. Transfers from Upington Airport to the lodge can be arranged, costing R3,000 for a Toyota Fortuner and R3,500 for a Mercedes-Benz Vito.
