Walking
From the center of Maun, head towards the Thamalakane River. Take the main road leading south towards the riverbank. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Nata-Maun Road (A3). Turn left onto the Nata-Maun Road and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Island Safari Lodge on your left. Follow the signs until you arrive at the lodge.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Maun. Start from the town center and head south towards the Thamalakane River. Cycle along the riverbank until you reach the junction with the Nata-Maun Road (A3). Turn left onto the Nata-Maun Road and keep cycling straight for approximately 3 kilometers. Watch for signs for Island Safari Lodge on your left, and follow them until you reach the lodge entrance.
