From Lençóis, the most common approach is a 3.5km (2.2 miles) walk. Head towards the outskirts of town, following signs for Ribeirão do Meio. The trail is well-marked with stones, making it easy to follow. The walk takes approximately 45 minutes. There are no entrance fees for the trail itself.

Public Transportation
Alternatively, take a local bus from Lençóis to Palmeiras. Get off near Av. Barão do Rio Branco in Palmeiras and either walk the remaining distance (approximately 1km to the start of the trail) or take a taxi. Bus fare is around R$5 , and a taxi should cost about R$10-15.

If driving from Lençóis, take Rua do Limoeiro towards BR-242. Turn right onto BR-242 and drive for about 10 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating the entrance to Trilha do Ribeirão do Meio. Parking is available near the trailhead for a small fee, around R$10.
