Car
To reach Pratinha by car, start from Lençóis, a common base for exploring Chapada Diamantina National Park. Take the BA-242 highway towards Seabra for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for the sign for Iraquara and take the BR-030 highway towards Iraquara. After about 15 kilometers, follow the signs for Pratinha. Parking is available near the entrance, with a small fee. Note that the road can be narrow and winding. There may be an entrance fee of R$40 per person.
Public Transport
To get to Pratinha using public transport, take a bus from Lençóis to Iraquara. Buses depart from the main bus station in Lençóis; the journey takes about 1 hour. Upon arriving in Iraquara, hire a local taxi or moto-taxi to Pratinha, roughly 10 kilometers away. Negotiate the fare beforehand. Bus fare from Lençóis to Iraquara is approximately R$20-R$30. A taxi from Iraquara to Pratinha may cost around R$30-R$50.
