    From Alto Paraíso de Goiás, take the road towards Cavalcante (GO-241) for approximately 5 km. Look for a sign indicating the entrance to Cachoeira dos Cristais on your right. After entering the dirt road, continue for about 3 km to reach the entrance of Cachoeira Água Fria. Note that the road is unpaved. Parking is available at the entrance.

    From the entrance of Cachoeira dos Cristais, follow the 1.7 km trail through the cerrado. The trail is well-marked and offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape. The hike is considered moderate and takes about 30-40 minutes. There is an entrance fee of R$30.00 for visitors.
