Getting There

• Bus

  Start your journey at the main bus terminal in Florianópolis, known as Terminal Rodoviário Rita Maria. From there, look for the bus line that goes to 'Ribeirão da Ilha'. Buses typically run every hour, so check the schedule upon arrival. Once you board the bus, enjoy the scenic ride that takes approximately 30-40 minutes. When you reach the Ribeirão da Ilha bus stop, disembark and look for signs directing you to Naufragados Beach. You will need to walk about 1.5 kilometers (around 20 minutes) along the dirt road leading towards the beach.

• Taxi or Ride-Sharing

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app like Uber. Simply input 'Naufragados Beach' or 'Praia dos Naufragados, Ribeirão da Ilha' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the beach entrance, which is approximately 30-40 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic.

• Walking and Hiking

  For the adventurous, you can walk from Ribeirão da Ilha to Naufragados Beach. After arriving at the Ribeirão da Ilha bus stop, head towards the coastal trail. This route can take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. The trail is well-marked but be prepared for some challenging sections. Bring water and snacks, as there are limited amenities along the way.
