Turn left onto Avenida das Cataratas, and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Parque das Aves. The entrance is located at 9GM8+H4 - Av. das Cataratas, 12450 - KM 17,1. The walk will take approximately 20-25 minutes.

From Vila Portes, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Rua das Flores. Take the 'Linha 120 - Avenida das Cataratas' bus towards Parque Nacional do Iguaçu. The bus will take you directly along Avenida das Cataratas. Get off at the stop for Parque das Aves, which is well marked. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes.
