    Getting There

    Car

    If you are driving, start from the center of Jericoacoara. Head southeast on R. do Forró toward R. dos Coqueiros. Continue straight onto R. dos Coqueiros. Follow this road for about 3 km until you reach the entrance of Jericoacoara National Park. Please be aware that there may be a small entrance fee, typically around R$ 20, which is paid at the park entrance.

    Public Transportation (Bus)

    From the center of Jericoacoara, you can take a local bus that heads toward Jijoca de Jericoacoara. Buses typically leave from the main square and run frequently. The fare is around R$ 5. Ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Jericoacoara National Park. Once you get off, walk a short distance to the park entrance where you may need to pay a small fee (approximately R$ 20) for entry.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk and enjoy the scenery, you can walk from the main square in Jericoacoara to Jericoacoara National Park. Head southeast on R. do Forró, and then continue onto R. dos Coqueiros. The walk is about 3 km and will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as you will be traversing sandy paths along the way.

    ATV Rental

    For a more adventurous option, consider renting an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) from one of the rental shops in Jericoacoara. The cost is usually around R$ 150 for a half-day rental. From the rental shop, head southeast on R. do Forró, then continue onto R. dos Coqueiros for a thrilling ride to the park entrance. You may also need to pay the entrance fee of R$ 20 upon arrival.
