Discover more about Thermas Water Park

Thermas Water Park, now known as Thermas de São Pedro, is a sprawling aquatic paradise located in the tourist resort town of São Pedro, approximately 180 kilometers from the city of São Paulo. Covering an area of four million square meters, this park boasts eight million cubic meters of water distributed across its many attractions. It is considered one of the most visited water parks in Latin America. Founded in 1990 as a club, Thermas de São Pedro gradually evolved, initially offering leisure spaces for its members. In 1992, the first swimming pools were built, followed by the installation of the first water slides. The park steadily grew, hosting shows and program recordings as part of its events. The park features more than 15 heated pools, both climatized and natural, and a radical complex of water slides. It has five areas with different attractions for all ages. In 2016, the park inaugurated the largest wave pool in the State of São Paulo, holding approximately three million liters of water, along with new slides, grottoes, waterfalls, and a 'Pirates of the Caribbean' themed decoration. Also, in 2019, the new Children's Park was built, which, with more than 8,000 m² area, became the largest in Latin America. Today, Thermas de São Pedro receives around six hundred thousand visitors per year and continues to expand, with a new area inspired by Hawaiian themes inaugurated in 2023.
