If you are starting from the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque, exit the mosque premises and head south towards Jalan McArthur. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Tutong. Turn left onto Jalan Tutong and continue walking straight. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will see the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha Bridge ahead. Cross the road to reach the bridge.
