If you're driving from the city center of Bandar Seri Begawan, head southeast on Jalan Tutong for about 15 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jalan Mentiri. Continue straight for approximately 5 kilometers until you see the entrance to Bukit Shahbandar Recreational Park on your left. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Bukit Mentiri Trail, which is located towards the eastern section of the park.
