    Start your journey from the Muara Jetty area. Head south along the main road, Jalan Muara. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Jalan Simpang 637. Turn left onto Jalan Simpang 637 and follow this road for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs along the way indicating the direction towards Bukit Pawas. As you approach, look for a trailhead on your right that leads up to the hill. The hike to Bukit Pawas will take around 30-45 minutes depending on your pace.

    If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Muara Beach area. Take Jalan Muara heading south for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Jalan Simpang 637. Turn left onto Jalan Simpang 637. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer; you will notice a trailhead on your right that leads to Bukit Pawas. The cycling route is mostly flat, but be prepared for a steep climb once you start the hike up Bukit Pawas.
