If you are driving from Lamunin, start by heading south on the main road (Jalan Lamunin) towards Tutong. Follow the signs for Tutong Town. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Kuala Tutong. Turn left onto Jalan Kuala Tutong and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. You will see Istana Pantai on your left-hand side. There is free parking available along the road near the palace.
Public Transportation
To reach Istana Pantai via public transportation, first, take a bus from Lamunin to Tutong Town. Look for buses that operate on the Lamunin to Tutong route (typically bus number 17). The journey will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Tutong Town, disembark at the central bus station. From there, you can either take a taxi or a local ride-sharing service to Istana Pantai, which is about 3 kilometers away. The taxi fare should be around BND 5-7.
