If you are driving from Vidin, take Route 1 (E79) heading southeast towards Montana. Follow E79 for about 60 km until you reach the town of Montana. In Montana, follow the signs to Route 4 (E81) towards Vratsa. Continue on E81 for about 42 km until you reach the town of Neofit Rilski. The Historical Park is located at 2, 9223 Neofit Rilski. There is parking available on-site, but be prepared for a parking fee of around 5 BGN.

From Vidin, take a bus to Montana, which runs regularly throughout the day. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 7 BGN. Once in Montana, transfer to a bus heading to Neofit Rilski. After arriving in Neofit Rilski, the Historical Park is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop; just head down the main street towards the park's entrance at 2, 9223 Neofit Rilski.
