Car
If you are driving from Kaya to FESPACO in Ouagadougou, head southwest on Route Nationale 4 (RN4) towards Ouagadougou. The journey is approximately 100 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Ouagadougou, follow signs for Avenue Kadiogo. FESPACO is located at 9F77+VP3 on Avenue Kadiogo. Make sure to check for parking options available near the venue.
Public Transportation
To reach FESPACO using public transportation, start by taking a shared taxi or bus from Kaya to Ouagadougou. The fare is typically around 2,000 to 3,000 CFA francs. Once in Ouagadougou, you can take a local taxi or motorcycle taxi to FESPACO. Inform the driver to take you to Avenue Kadiogo, and provide the specific address (9F77+VP3) for precise navigation. Expect to pay around 1,000 CFA francs for this leg of the journey.
