Car

From the center of Bubanza, head southeast on Avenue du 1er Novembre towards Avenue de la Libération. Follow Avenue de la Libération for about 6 km until you reach the intersection with Route Nationale 1 (RN1). Turn left onto RN1 and continue for approximately 12 km. Look for signs indicating Musenyi and turn onto the road leading to Musenyi. After around 5 km, you will arrive at the coordinates 3RMQ+W4X, which is the location of Source Du Nil. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as there may not be many stations along the route.

Public Transportation

From the main bus station in Bubanza, look for a bus or shared taxi heading to Musenyi. The fare is usually around 2,000 BIF. The journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in Musenyi, ask locals for directions to Source Du Nil, which is located at coordinates 3RMQ+W4X. It is a short walk from the main drop-off point in Musenyi, approximately 1 km.

Walking

If you prefer walking from Musenyi, start from the main bus drop-off point. Head northwest on the main road, then turn left onto the dirt path leading towards Source Du Nil. Follow the signs and the path for about 1 km until you reach the destination at 3RMQ+W4X. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as the path may be uneven.
