If you're driving, start from the center of Praia do Tarrafal. Head northwest on R. Macaco, passing local shops and small eateries. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Tarrafal Square. Take a local minibus (called 'aluguer') from anywhere in Praia do Tarrafal that is heading towards Tarrafal Square. The fare is usually around 50 CVE (Cape Verdean Escudo). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Tarrafal Square. The square is a popular stop, so they will know where to drop you.
