Take a local minibus (often referred to as 'aluguer') from the central bus station in Tarrafal. Request to be dropped off near R. Liceu, close to the coordinates 76GR+4RC. The fare is usually around 50 CVE (Cape Verdean escudo). Once you arrive, Ponta d'Atum is a short walk from the drop-off point.
