From Anaheim, head to the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC). You can take the ART bus from various locations in Anaheim. Once you arrive at ARTIC, board the Metrolink train on the Orange County Line heading towards Los Angeles. Get off at the Long Beach Transit Mall Station. From there, take the Long Beach Transit bus (Line 51 or 52) towards Downtown Long Beach. Get off at Pine Ave & 3rd St. The Promenade will be a short walk from there.

Another option is to take the bus directly from Anaheim to Long Beach. You can catch a Greyhound bus from the Anaheim bus station. Once you arrive in Long Beach, walk to the nearest Long Beach Transit bus stop and take Bus Line 51 or 52 towards Downtown. Get off at Pine Ave & 3rd St, and you'll find the Promenade within walking distance.
