    Start your journey by locating the nearest bus stop in Antioch. If you're at the Antioch BART station, take the County Connection bus route 200 towards the 'Somersville Towne Center.' Ride the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Frederickson Ln & Lone Tree Way' stop. From there, walk east on Lone Tree Way for about 0.3 miles until you reach Frederickson Ln. Turn left onto Frederickson Ln and continue walking for another 0.5 miles. Contra Loma Regional Park will be on your left at 1200 Frederickson Ln.

    If you have a bike, a great route is to start at the waterfront area of Antioch. Head south on the trail along the river until you reach the intersection with E 18th St. Turn left on E 18th St and follow it until you reach Lone Tree Way. Turn right and continue until you reach Frederickson Ln. Turn left onto Frederickson Ln, and Contra Loma Regional Park will be on your left at 1200 Frederickson Ln. The bike ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your speed.
